Introduction

Don't ask us... ask those who know us best! Here's what Residents, Friends and Family Members have to say about St. Anne's...

  • "I looked at a lot of places, but St. Anne's is where I wanted to come. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, like one big happy family. I have made some great friends here, and I'm used to being involved and active, so I like that I'm close to everything, and I can continue to be involved"
    - V. M. (Apartment Resident)

  • "I would like to express the gratitude of my wife and I for the superior care my mother-in-law has received at your community. The consideration that you give the Residents with the daily activities provided, as well as the caring staff who tend to her needs, is commendable. When we visit, the various staff members we encounter are courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable of their specific role(s) in the organization. The interactions we have observed between patients and staff are likewise excellent."
    - J. B. (Family Member)

  • "St. Anne's Retirement Community lives up to high standards and is an exceptional community. I am very appreciative of the care my father receives."
    - H.M. (Family Member)

  • "I love working at St. Anne's because everyone is so friendly. I enjoy meeting the Residents and their families, and being a part of their lives."
    - P. L. (Employee)

  • "We can best demonstrate our gratitude and esteem [to seniors] by making sure that our communities are good places in which to mature and grow older -- places in which older people can participate to the fullest and can find the encouragement, acceptance, assistance, and services they need to continue to lead lives of independence and dignity. I believe St. Anne's Retirement Community is a place dedicated to helping older people continue to lead lives of independence and dignity."
    - Pennsylvania State Senator Michael Brubaker (Friend)

Student Activity at St. Anne's Retirement Community
Over the past 2 years, we have had students from Harrisburg Area Community College training at St. Anne's. These students are here to participate in the program to become a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). They have classes scheduled in the facility approximately every six weeks. It has been a positive experience for residents and students and we look forward to continuing this relationship.

In the belief that it is important to be part of the educational process, St. Anne’s has become a site for the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center Licensed Practical Nurse Program. We look forward to their participation in the life of the facility and their involvement with our residents and staff.

St. Anne's Retirement Community is designed especially for older adults of all faiths, and provides support that Residents require to remain healthy, active, and independent. St. Anne's is a full service retirement community offering a continuum of care to meet the many and changing needs of older adults. The community is open to any person 65 years of age and older without regard to race, color, religion, nationality, or physical and social ability.
